Our Shipping Policy
• All Items will be shipped via POSLAJU and tracking number/consignment note will be provided.
• Items will be shipped NEXT day after payment is received. However, a payment made after 12 p.m on Friday, we only deliver the item on Monday.
• If you would like to use another shipping service, please contact us before purchase. We will review the option, and notify you the revised shipping costs.
• Purchase of more than 1 item may alter the costs of the shipping. We will review the shipping costs, and notify you of any changes.
• If you would like to add insurance, please contact us, and we will add the fee to your order.
• Clayback Bush Thrift Store is not responsible for items that are held at customs or responsible for any lost mail or incidents after the package is left at the post office, although this is expected not to happen.
